Who
Designed for all
The Summit is for everyone, while intentionally designed for minds that are introverted, neurodivergent, or reflective by nature. With multiple modes of participation and a focus on accessibility, it’s a space where all attendees can feel grounded, respected, and included.
The Summit is one of the few spaces where you can leave your “elevator pitch” at home and simply be present. It’s not designed for sales, deal-making, or self-promotion. We ask all attendees to honor the intentional culture of the day. If your primary goal is to pitch or close a deal, this won’t be the right room for that.
Why Columbus?
Launching in a rising metro
We’re hosting the inaugural Slowdown Summit in Columbus, Ohio, because it’s a fast-growing metro on the cusp of becoming one of the most populous in the nation. Its evolution mirrors the changing landscape of modern work: dynamic, multifaceted, and shaped by a wide range of industries. Columbus brings together leaders across healthcare, education, finance, tech, and the arts, creating a landscape rich with varied perspectives and shared challenges.
